Good morning Ron.
After I make a significant purchase via the internet, I like to give the vendor feedback.
We received the Tribeca chairs yesterday. They were boxed well and well protected with bubble wrap and padding internally. I don't know if it was the trucking company or Home Theatre Interiors that had the foresight on possible bad weather but the boxes were well protected with shrinkwrap. I might add at this point that my spouse and baby were at home by themselves and the truck driver delivering the chairs was kind enough to get them into the house for her. (This was above the call of duty.)
After we unpacked the chairs, we gave them a thorough once over inspection. They were in great shape and the color is better than the computer representation. I bolted the arm pads in place and away we went. The chairs are extremely comfortable and give me much needed support in the lower back area.
Well that's about it. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars with 5 stars being the best, this sale scored a 5.
