items designated as "free shipping".
Hawaii and Alaska shipping addresses will be charged a
shipping fee to be determined upon receipt of your order. You
will be notified of the total charge by e-mail and the order will
not be processed until we receive confirmation from you.
International customers will be charged an international handling fee, plus actual freight
cost. International customers are responsible for any duties
and custom fees for the destination country. After receiving an international order, we will calculate and notifiy
the international customer of the total charge and form of payment necessary by e-mail. The order will not be
processed until we receive a reply confirmation. Home Theatre Interiors is not responsible for any international delivery problems which were not caused by Home Theatre Interiors. We will help you resolve any international delivery problems to our best ability.
SALES TAX - Our Texas customers will be charged sales tax based on their total purchase. Our shopping cart will add this Texas sales tax. Our Florida customers will be charged sales tax based on only specific products that are shipped direct from one of our Florida suppliers. Our shopping cart will not show this Florida sales tax. Florida customers will be contacted before processing their order if a sales tax is added to their total for these specific products.
HOME THEATRE INTERIORS is a distributor. Many of our items are shipped by and from the manufacturer to your address. Framing and seating may require assembly and installation. Some framing and display items are considered "commercial". Home Theatre Interiors is not responsible for typographical errors.
ORDERING
We accept VISA, Master Card Novus/Discover, American Express
and checks. Unless specified, allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
Most orders are shipped within 2-7 days from receipt of order. Special, and Personalized
items, such as lighted marquees and seating, are typically shipped
within 2-4 weeks.
Custom orders, such as marquees and theater seating, may require us to
contact you to confirm specifications. If necessary, we will e-mail or phone
you within 24 hours.
RETURNS Accepted within 30 days with prior authorization, unused, and in original packaging. Call before returning any merchandise for any reason. Once a product has been assembled or installed, absolutely no refunds are permitted. Shipping costs are not refundable. Product return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Actual delivery charges, expressed as "free shipping" at the time of purchase, are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, depending on the item, size, and weight. There are no returns or refunds on food and food related items, personalized and custom manufactured products, including: all seating products; all poster cases, frames and marquees; all cinema signs; all metal theater decor products, CDs , DVDs. Merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer. Any and all potential returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization”. SHIPPING DAMAGE
All shipments received by you that appear damaged must be noted to the
freight carrier, then refused and returned to the address on your shipping
label for claim processing.
You must report any damage claims immediately to the freight company.
Home Theatre Interiors will not be held responsible for any shipping
damage and, in an unlikely situation, you may have to claim freight damage
with your own insurance company.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Products with initial defects will be repaired or replaced. Within 10 days
after merchandise is received, you must contact Home Theatre Interiors
to report the defect. Defective products must be returned in the original
factory carton with all packing and manuals. You must contact Home Theatre
Interiors prior to returning any merchandise for any reason.
After 10 days, products with defects are subject to the manufacturer's warranty only.
